š©āš³ What another fantastic session with our big and little chefs, who today joined us both in a room and on Zoom šØāš³
Todayās recipe was melt-in-the-midddle mozzarella š burgers in brioche buns š with homemade winter āslaw. The children really upped their skills today and used a huge range of kitchen equipment; working out for themselves what utensil to use for what.

The Winter āSlaw was packed with a range of colourful vegetables to contribute to their 5ļøā£ a day. Raw vegetables offer a higher vitamin content than their cooked counterparts, as well as an increased amount of antioxidants that are otherwise broken down during the cooking process.
