šŸ‘Øā€šŸ³ What another great session for our mini masterchefs šŸ‘©ā€šŸ³


šŸ“… This block we are focussing on snacks and quick teas that are ideal for hungry children after school and nursery that they can help prepare that also donā€™t break the bank.


ā­ļø We were very impressed that the children immediately remembered their food hygiene rules and washed hands, got their aprons on an tied their hair back without promptsā€¦ and tidied and cleaned as they went to keep their workstations clear.


šŸ”ŖTonight we made tzatziki, vegetable cruditĆ©s and toasted pittas using our chopping, snipping, tearing and coring skills.


šŸ˜‹ Everyone did at taste test together and it was definitely a hit!


We talked to the children about eating the rainbow šŸŒˆ for nutrients to make you healthy and strong, and the parents talked about tips to develop a varied palate šŸ½ļø


šŸ„” Next week weā€™re making stuffed baked potatoes!
