It’s Mental Awareness Health Week
♥️♥️Our relationship with nature – how much we notice, think about and appreciate our natural surroundings – is a critical factor in supporting good mental health and preventing distress. Nature is an important need for many and vital in keeping us emotionally, psychologically and physically healthy♥️♥️
🐝🕸 Last night’s mini junior’s and junior’s session was MHAW Connecting with Nature theme🪴🐿
🌞🔆 We made sun catchers to go in the trees for the community to enjoy☀️🌅
🌳🗺 Bringing Nature into our Lives with art, exploring things we can do in the outdoor 🥾🏕
🌷💐We coloured Tulips by award winning artist Paul Cummins MBE in collaboration with Mental Health UK 🖌🎨
🥣🥖 We all enjoyed soup and a bread roll for tea 🍽😋
