🚒 Firefighters from across the UK are participating in today’s Great North Run 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♂️ dressed as superheroes 🦹‍♂️🦸‍♂️ to raise money 💷 for If U Care Share 💚 and The Fire Fighter’s Charity 🚒

🧯🧑‍🚒 Good luck 🍀🙏🏻 to our youth worker Martin aka Marv the Red Watch Firefighter who is part of the Strong Arm team at CDDFRS - The Strong Arm team 💪🏻 are a group of firefighters who participate in extreme sports and events to fundraise for charity throughout the year and will be running today.
