World Mental Health Day 2022

Yesterday

we were at the Riverside for #WorldMentalHealthDay2022 with Investing in Children and Rollercoaster Parent Support Project

🌈 The theme chosen by the young people was the Wizard of Oz! 🌈

💛We had a yellow brick road pledge - getting everyone to sign up to something they would use in their road to positive mental health

💛We banished our worries and troubles and packed them up to the Wicked Witch of the West

💛 Shared information on our health and well-being support for the communities of Sacriston and beyond

💛Gave out goodie bags with tools for utilising the five ways to well-being

💛 Listened to inspiring presentations from our friends and colleagues from across the whole of County Durham

💛 Networked with like minded organisations

🌎 We’ve left the event feeling inspired and motivated to our continued pledge to embed health and well-being in to everything we do 🌎
